The Model

Why per-client pricing makes sense.

Unlike the FTE model competitors use, you only pay for the clients you assign — not for idle headcount.

Common Questions

Pricing questions.

How do you define which tier a client goes in?
We look at three things: number of entities, monthly transaction volume, and account complexity. Your last 3 months of statements tell us what tier you actually fit — there's no guesswork. You can also estimate using the criteria in each tier above.
What if a client moves between tiers mid-year?
It happens — a client's transactions spike or they add an entity. We'll re-evaluate at each quarter and adjust forward from there. No surprise retroactive bills.
Is there a discount for multiple clients?
No tiered discounts in the first release. Pricing is per-client as listed. If you're scoping 20+ clients, we'll talk — but we'd rather be honest about the model than apply a percentage that changes later.
Can I start with just a cleanup and add monthly later?
Absolutely. A lot of firms start with a one-time cleanup or backlog project, see the quality, and then add the client to a monthly retainer. That's exactly the low-risk path we built this for.
What if I only need work for 6 months?
We bill month-to-month. Pause or stop a client any time — no contract, no penalty. If you need to pause over summer or slow season, that works too.
Do you handle currency conversion or cross-border accounts?
For US-focused clients, no — it adds complexity we're not built for yet. If it's a US client with a small foreign account, we can usually handle it. Ask in a discovery call.
