For US CPA & EA Firms

Bookkeeping eating the hours you should bill as advisory.

Per-client bookkeeping for CPA & EA firms. Pay for the clients you assign — not for an idle full-time seat.

Built for 5–20 client firms Per-client pricing (not FTE) Honest 4–6 week onboarding

The Real Cost

Every hour spent reconciling is an hour you're not billing as advisory.

01

Owner hours lost

Partner-level time disappears into categorization and reconciliations that never needed a CPA in the first place.

02

Advisory revenue left behind

The high-value work clients gladly pay a premium for keeps getting pushed to "next month" — and quietly never happens.

03

Late closes, restless clients

Backlogs slip month-end deadlines, strain you & your team, and slowly raise the risk that a good client walks.

Not a Payroll Line

Per-client pricing. Not a full-time seat.

The big outsourcing players make you commit to a dedicated offshore headcount whether you keep them busy or not. We charge for the clients you actually assign — so your cost rises and falls with your own book.

What we don't handle: audit & assurance, tax filing & advisory, and industries that need specialist regulatory expertise (crypto, cannabis, healthcare). We'll always tell you when something's outside our lane.

A Low-Commitment Start

Try us with your 3 toughest clients.

A 90-day pilot at our normal per-client pricing, with a formal fit review at day 60 — you decide whether to continue. No long-term contract, no fine print. It's the right place to weigh us up before you think about cost.

Start a pilot
1

Scope & consent

A 20-minute call and an NDA. We agree the 3 pilot clients and set up §7216 consent.

2

Run the 90-day pilot

We deliver a first batch, you review and flag, we adjust — then settle into your monthly rhythm.

3

Day-60 decision

A clean checkpoint. Continue and add clients, or walk away with a full handoff. Your call.

Transparent Pricing

Pay for what you use.

Priced per client, per month, by complexity. No setup fees, no annual commitment. Each tier states exactly what puts a client in it — so you can place your own book before we ever talk.

Simple
$150–250per client / month
  • 1 entity, clean books
  • <500 transactions / mo
  • 1–2 bank accounts
  • Xero / QuickBooks Online
Complex
$400–700+per client / month
  • 3+ entities, inventory
  • 1,500+ transactions / mo
  • 5+ bank accounts, loans
  • Tight reporting deadlines
Cleanup
$500–2kone-time project
  • 3–12 months of pending books
  • Scoped on length & book quality
  • Separate from monthly fees
  • A low-risk first project

Indicative ranges. Final quotes follow a quick scope of your last 3 months of statements, current trial balance and most recent P&L — we never quote from conversation alone.

Why You Can Trust Us

Everything your compliance checklist asks for.

We'd rather tell you exactly where we stand — including what we're still building — than oversell it.

§7216 consent

A ready consent template your firm can use with end clients before any offshore disclosure.

NDA + data policy

Every engagement starts with an NDA and written data-handling and access rules.

SOC 2 roadmap

Not certified yet — Type I is our near-term milestone. We'll tell you honestly where it stands.

A service, not staffing

Engagements are scoped as deliverables with SLAs — structured properly, not staff placement.

A Lower-Risk Start

Got a messy set of books or a backlog? Hand it to us.

You don't have to start with a retainer. Give us a single cleanup or backlog project — fixed one-time scope, $500–$2,000 — and see exactly how we work before anything ongoing. It's the lowest-risk way to find out if we're a fit.

Scope a cleanup project

One project. No commitment
to anything monthly.

Early Results

What partners are saying.

Common Questions

The questions skeptical owners actually ask.

I've been burned by an offshore provider before. Why is this different?
Most bad experiences come from rotating teams and FTE pools where no one owns your clients. You get the same bookkeeper every month and a single point of contact — and you can test all of it on three clients before committing to anything.
How long does onboarding really take?
Four to six weeks to full delivery — not the oversold "two weeks" you'll hear elsewhere. NDA and access in week one, a reviewed test batch next, then your agreed monthly schedule. We'd rather be accurate than fast on paper.
Who do I actually talk to?
One point of contact, founder-led in the early stage. No ticket queue, no rotating support desk. The person who knows your clients is the person who answers your questions.
What about the client's 1040s and §7216?
US engagements that touch 1040 data need IRC §7216 consent from the end client before any offshore disclosure. That obligation sits with your firm — but we hand you a ready consent template to make it easy, and we treat skipping it as a deal-blocker, not a detail.
What if a client's books are a mess?
Send us the mess. We scope a one-time cleanup ($500–$2,000 depending on backlog length and book quality) and clear it. Once it's clean, that client moves to whichever monthly tier fits their ongoing complexity.

Let's Talk

Talk to the person who'll actually run your books.

Founder-led, single point of contact. Send your last 3 months of statements and we'll come back with a real, scoped quote — no pitch deck, no quote from conversation alone. A 20-minute call is all it takes to find out if we fit.
