What software do you work in?

QuickBooks Online and Xero natively. If you're on QuickBooks Desktop or spreadsheets, we can migrate you as a one-time project before starting monthly service.

How often will I hear from my bookkeeper?

Weekly categorization happens quietly in the background. You'll get a monthly close summary, and your bookkeeper flags anything unusual as it comes up — not buried in a report you have to go looking for.

What if my clients have unusual transactions or one-off situations?

Flagged for your review rather than guessed at. We categorize confidently on the routine 95% and ask before making a judgment call on anything ambiguous or material.

Can I move a client to this after a cleanup project?

Yes — that's the most common path. Once a backlog cleanup is complete, that client rolls straight into whichever monthly tier fits their ongoing complexity.

Do you handle payroll or sales tax as part of this?

Not by default — monthly bookkeeping covers reconciliation, categorization, and ledger maintenance. Payroll and sales tax filing are available as add-ons layered on top.

How do I switch from my current bookkeeper without disruption?

We handle the handoff — reviewing the last 3 months of books, confirming opening balances, and running a short overlap period if your current provider is still active. No gap in coverage.
